"I am a Speech and Language Therapist here at Evolve. I work within the neurodevelopmental team conducting assessments for autism and ADHD and SLT specific assessments. I am passionate about using a person-centred and neuroaffirmative approach, every child is treated as an individual with their own unique profile of strengths and interests. I have a keen interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication, or AAC, and understanding how we can utilise it best to support differing communication profiles. My role allows me to provide a better understanding for both young people and their carers regarding communication styles and to support them along the assessment pathway.”
