I am a People Advisor here at Evolve Psychology, working within the People team to support colleagues across Ireland. My role involves managing the employee lifecycle processes and providing day-to-day HR support to the staff in our Dublin and Gorey offices. I am passionate about the human side of HR and take a people-centred approach to my work, ensuring the team feel supported, valued, and heard. My role allows me to advocate for people while helping to create a positive and consistent workplace experience in line with Evolve’s company culture and values.
