I’m the Data Administrator in the Systems and Data Team at Evolve. My role is to help turn information into clear, useful insights that support how our services run and how decisions are made. I work closely with department heads to improve internal processes and reporting, making sure data is accurate, meaningful, and easy to understand. I also collaborate with HSE commissioners, sharing data in a clear and helpful way so we can work together effectively and ensure our services meet the needs of the people we support.
