For years, Evolve Ireland has provided trusted, multidisciplinary assessments through the Health Service Executive (HSE). We are now expanding our services to offer private assessments for children and adults.

Introducing our private assessment services 

Starting January 2026, you can access our comprehensive, person-centred assessments with a significantly reduced wait time. Our experienced, multidisciplinary team will offer private assessments for: 

  • ADHD assessments (ages 6 and upwards) 
  • Autism assessments (all ages) 
  • Combined autism and ADHD assessments (ages 6 and upwards)
  • Intellectual disability assessments 
  • Occupational Therapy assessments 
  • Speech and Language therapy assessments

How to request a private assessment

To request a private assessment, please complete the form below. Everyone who registers will receive our new private assessment brochures in December, giving you a detailed overview of the assessments we’ll be offering. In early January, we’ll be in touch to let you know when bookings open and how to secure your appointment online.
